Structure is atleast 40% part of composing.
if you know what structure means, and how to work it out in fruity loops or whatever program you use, show us again :)

i dont say you NEED to read them, or learn to read them.
but a bit of knowledge is always good to have. right?

Im pretty sure synchronization is when two different instruments play at a steady, equal and concurrent rhythm. But yeah, i'll have to look up this "structure".

There are quite a few shitty zero bombers, my friend. I usually don't really care because I don't expect to get a 4.5 or something like that anyway, haha. At any rate, thank you for your help!

Also, I agree on the white noise. When I first added, I thought it was BRILLIANT, so I added it everywhere and ruined it. By the time I realized how crappy it made it sound, I was ready to just send this song on. I'm trying for a second uplifting trance, and I won't be overdoing it this time (hopefully).

i like the ambient kinda 'sound' throughout,
but the sound quality is really poor imo, it really needs some dynamics aswell.

Hear that Zipping thing? I've thrown like five generators on that thing alone, including reveerb ofc.
The problem is that it disrupts the rest of the composition and I don't know how to reduce its influence yet.

it totally isnt techno.. only kids say everything is techno.

on to the song;
i liked it, tho i do miss some real bass here..
i know most producers have problems doing basses
i have a post on my channel that COULD help you out with that.. depends on if your ready or not.
but for now i have to give you a 3.5 and voting= 4.

ok first notes seemed a bit offkey, but then you introduced this 'dark' sound
just wonderfull how you did it lol.
the piano seems a bit powerless tho, the bass part is too much off.
but seems it doesnt need it bc of the PAD/string you introduced later on.

the actual mixing seems fine.. master could be a little better but heck..
the drums are.. i dont know, they are unique? i think.. lol

all in all,
-a weird start which actually wasnt a weird start
-piano is good, but still need some bass, to make it just a little deeper.
-i liked the 2nd part of the piano (higher octave(s)) lol
-and the string or pad, was just perfect.
-mixing seems perfect to me either, but this is classical, i dont know much about classic im afraid.
-and mastering was a bit off.

so you'll get my 4,5 and vote of 5 + fav. cz this piece deserves it. eventho its simple, its good.
and thats all that matters right.

What I used for the drums:

3 different hip-hop kick layered,
4 snare layered: stock fl snare, dance snare, hip-hop snare and a "clipping sound"
3 hat layered: 1 dancce, 2 hip-hop

So, yeah, the drums are quite... eccentric!

There is still a LOT of work to do, thanks for the good words!
